July 14th is Project Night, Scouts please come dressed in jeans and wear troop T-Shirt.

July 18th – Car Wash at Lewelling Union 76 Gas Station., Scouts please wear jeans and troop T-Shirt.  This function is from 9 to 3, Scouts please get with Troop Leaders on hours you will be available. Parents please drop off Scouts in a timely manner (at gas station).

August 22nd and 23rd – Tracy Wildlife Campout.  There will be fishing, plenty of shade and virtually a bug free environment.  We expect the fee to be no more than $5 per person.  Please contact Charles Hoffman if you are interested.

August 29thEagle Court of Honor for Trenton Salk, David Unsworth and Justin Knowlton, at San Lorenzo Community Church.  More information to follow.

September 29th – Court of Honor 7:00 p.m., this will be a dessert Pot Luck, Scouts please come in full uniform.  Parents please come to show support for your Scout.

PLEASE NOTE, Monday –  August 3rd at 7:00 in the Social Hall is the Next Parent-Leader meeting We hope to see YOU there!

Usual Notices

Dues of $3.00 are due every month. This helps pay for the activities and awards.  See Betty Szeto, troop treasurer for information.

Driving Policy – Any Scouts 17 year olds or younger must ride with a 25 year old or older driver.  If a Scout is 18 years old or older he can ride with an 18 year old or older driver.

Permission slip signed by the parents/guardian (s) is needed for all Scouts who want to go on camp outs, along with their food money attached.  These need to be done at least 1 week before the scheduled campout.

Full uniform is required at Troop meetings; no exceptions please and remember that is with white T-shirts not red.  Remember all Scouts are required to be in full uniform when traveling to camping activities.

Eagle Scout Candidates – You are required to present your proposal to the Parent/Leader Meeting.  Please be sure to start the process early and allow ample time to go through the process for your project.

Activity food payment is due by the Tuesday Troop meeting before the activity.  There will no food bought for Scouts who do not make this deadline. No Scouts will be allowed to attend the function if they do not follow to the policy.

Your Scout book should be brought every week to the Troop Meeting.
